re: tib post soreness

TP is a resister of pronation of the subtalar joint, adducts the forefoot, plantar flexes the ankle and resists forward flexion of the tibia. Therefore a referal to a Podiatrist for prescription custom casted functional foot orthoses to control subtalar joint pronation will cure the cause of the problem. Off the shelf orthoses will not be effecftive. Further damage to TP could lead to rupture and development of a painful chronic traumatic flat foot.
