I would try to change his setup to try to alter the forces though the SCjoint. Once unstable this is pretty hard to rehab but any bracing device that will reduce shoulder (clavicular elevation) may help. Getting wider bars, angling them more fwd or bkwd and/or changing the tension in the front shocks may assist. One should remember it is probably the bike that gave him the injury in the first place so lets try to resolve the suetup issues. hope this helps richard
