Just an update to this post. I have recently found a great brace for trunk support from a company called Bauerfeind,
www.bauerfeind.co.ukIt is called a Softec Dorso and is heat moldable. The price is a touch expensive at around £460 including Vat and you do need some skill to fit it to the client.
However once fitted this is working well for my young Muscular Dystrophy Patient (18yrs old)
