i had(still have) a similar thing. basically they dont operate on backs because its too complicated/dangerous.
this means that all they will do is tell you to strenghen the core muscles. which is reallly annoying as u have waited so long for them just to tell u that. but it worked for me.
strengthenin the back bascially weakens the sensations. although mine was no way near as bad as yours i think its worth a try.
