I'm 30 years old and I have serious back problems.
I already tried to go to a chiropracter, but he couldn't help me. The pain usually starts in the early afternoon and lasts for a week, then it's suddenly gone for a few days and starts again. It's mainly the breast kyphosis that hurts. Can you recommend me anything?
