I would be extremely grateful for suggestions of any recent articles on the subject as most of the research was done in the late 1980's. In addition, I would like to investigate if there is any specific diagnostic tool used to determine a T4 syndrome patient? Also, does anyone know an approximate figure of how many T4 syndrome patients get referred to a department monthly/yearly? Any information at all would be much appreciated!
